Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Eligibility and Minimum Age

By registering on this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

Registration without parental or legal guardian consent is permitted only for users aged 15 or older, subject to these Terms and any applicable local laws.

If you are under 15 years of age, you may not complete registration, activate a public profile, or publish content unless explicit parental or legal guardian consent has been provided and, where required by the platform, a signed consent document has been uploaded and accepted.

Registration for children under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. If we discover that an account has been created by or for a user under 13, the account and all associated data may be suspended or permanently deleted immediately and without prior notice.

The platform may display age-based guidance, including an age calculator or countdown indicating the remaining time until a user may register without parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Parental or Legal Guardian Consent for Minors

If a user is under 15 years of age, the platform may require a written consent document signed by a parent or legal guardian. Such document may include, without limitation, the minor’s name, the parent’s or guardian’s name, signature, and date.

No public publication, activation, or continued public display of a profile or uploaded content for a user under 15 shall occur unless the required consent has been submitted where requested and accepted by the platform.

If parental or legal guardian consent is withdrawn at any time, the platform reserves the right to suspend, privatize, restrict, deactivate, or remove the related account, profile, and content immediately.

3. Content Rights and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for any videos, images, performance data, profile information, athletic information, or other materials you upload, submit, or display on this platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own the uploaded content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload it;
• you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from any individuals appearing in the content;
• your content does not infringe the rights, privacy, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

By uploading content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, promote, and publish such content for the purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the platform and your profile within the platform ecosystem and related channels.

Ownership of your original content remains with you, subject to the license granted above.

4. User Conduct and Sportsmanship

You agree not to use the platform to:

• publish false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, racist, hateful, violent, or unlawful content;
• harass, exploit, intimidate, or abuse other users;
• attempt unauthorized communication with minors outside the platform;
• misuse the platform for spam, manipulation, fake scouting, fake recruitment, or deceptive commercial conduct.

Any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or welfare of players, especially minors, is strictly prohibited.

5. Communication Rules for Minors

For safeguarding purposes, direct contact from clubs, scouts, agents, or third parties to users under 18 years of age may be restricted.

Where communication is permitted for users under 18, it may occur only through the platform’s internal communication system and may be subject to administrative review, moderation, logging, delay, or safeguarding controls.

Users and third parties acknowledge that messages sent to users under 18 may pass through platform protection controls and may be reviewed by site administration for child safeguarding purposes.

The platform reserves the right to block, limit, archive, review, or deny communications involving minors where necessary for safety and compliance.

6. Adult Users and Optional Representation

Users aged 18 or older are generally responsible for their own communications, negotiations, and decisions.

However, adult users may choose to authorize the platform, or a designated legal representative or lawyer approved by the platform, to assist in discussions, negotiations, or contract-related matters where such a service is made available.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

This platform is a digital discovery and exposure platform only. It does not guarantee trials, contracts, recruitment, scholarships, scouting outcomes, endorsements, transfers, or career opportunities.

The platform is not responsible for:

• any physical injury sustained during football activities, training, filming, or related athletic actions;
• any negotiations, agreements, disputes, misunderstandings, or losses arising outside the platform;
• the conduct, promises, actions, or omissions of clubs, scouts, agents, users, or third parties.

All use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process only data reasonably necessary for the operation of the platform, including profile details, age-related information, football-related information, and uploaded content.

We strive to protect user data, but you acknowledge that internet-based services involve technical risks and that no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The platform may use digital tools, automated systems, and artificial intelligence technologies to analyze, organize, classify, improve, or present athletic and profile-related data, including uploaded football videos and performance-related information.

By using the platform, you consent to such processing to the extent necessary for the operation, development, and improvement of the platform.

9. Profile Visibility, Access, and Protection

The platform reserves the right to limit, hide, protect, restrict, or condition the visibility of certain personal, contact, location, identity, or profile-related information for safety, privacy, compliance, product, moderation, or commercial reasons.

The platform may apply different visibility or contact rules depending on age, account type, subscription plan, safeguarding rules, or internal moderation decisions.

10. Termination, Suspension, and Enforcement

The platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, privatize, deactivate, or permanently remove any account, profile, listing, message, or content that violates these Terms, creates safety concerns, or misuses the platform.

This may occur without prior notice and without compensation.

Your continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
