5) Minors and younger user protection

Fremera treats minors’ data with a high level of care. If a user is below the age allowed by the platform, applicable law, or operational policy, we may require parental or legal guardian consent, restrict publication, limit direct contact, keep certain information hidden, or suspend public visibility until requirements are completed.

Fremera reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or hide any profile related to a minor when necessary for user protection or legal and policy compliance.

Fremera may use email sign-in, Google sign-in or other identity providers, session cookies, and technical methods used for account security and remembered access. These tools are used to operate the account, protect login, preserve sessions, and improve usability.

9) Subscriptions, payments, and orders

If you request a package, subscription, or service through Fremera, we may retain order data, package type, value, payment state, and related order or payment identifiers.

When external payment providers are used, some payment data is processed by those providers under their own policies, and Fremera does not necessarily retain full card or bank details.
